From the family bakery at Les Cerqueux in 1974 up until today, we continue to carefully select our ingredients to deliver to you, recipes that are simple yet delicious. Each of our recipes are adapted to every moment of the day, whether it is breakfast, dessert or for a snack. We offer something for everyone.

Our ingredients and our process

To make our excellent quality products, we select our raw materials with care; from French wheat, fresh eggs to fresh apples. Here at Brioche Pasquier, we believe that our quality ingredients are what makes our excellent products. We pride in taking great care when we select our suppliers, with whom we build excellent relationships with to ensure we can respect our values in creating products with exceedingly good quality.

Our Commitment to Quality

Our unique taste is based on simple recipes that keep all the indulgent qualities of our products. We pay particular attention to the choice of our raw materials, according to the following criteria: the nutritional value of each ingredient, the integrity of our raw materials and the traceability and reliability of the raw materials. Conscious of our role, we have decided to only use eggs from cage-free hens by 2025, across all of our production in the company. Our experience and know-how require us to continuously maintain and develop our skills, in strict respect of our products. Our experience and our family know-how requires us to develop our skills, to respect our products.
