Brioche Pasquier UK is part of an international group and one of the largest food manufacturers in Europe. We have been present in the UK for over a decade and sell a range of French bakery products to major UK food retailers, wholesale and foodservice markets. The company is still family run and has a great culture and history. We are also present in Europe, South Korea and USA. We are at our 160,000 sq ft technologically advanced production facility to service the UK market in order to continue the strong growth of the company.
We are looking for a Sales Coordination Intern to join our fast growing team and business based in Milton Keynes, for 6-12 months. You will be a confident and organised individual who is able to work under their own initiative with a high level of attention to detail.
This role will help expose you to different areas within an organisation including sales, finance, logistics and marketing and the work involved in coordinating these different departments and their activities. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience within a sales coordination function, which will prepare you to enter any fast-paced work environment.
- Support the sales coordination team in day to day activities
- Monitor and update the customer database
- Assist in the recording of invoices and payments
- Respond to customer queries with regards to invoices and disputes
- Work closely with the clients to ensure promotions are going live in store and analyse their performance
- Support the Sales team in their client prospection
- Assist the sales team in preparing for meetings
- Participate in financial audits
You must be educated to degree level (studying or graduated) preferably in a Business or Sales related subject. GCSE Maths at Grade C or above is required for this role. Previous experience within a sales or administration role would be an advantage.
A high standard of spoken and written English skill is required as this job involves liaising with clients and colleagues. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Starting Date: Mid-May
Working hours: Full time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
20 days holiday + bank holidays (holiday entitlement increases with years of service)
