We have been present in the UK for over a decade and sell a range of French bakery products to major UK food retailers, wholesale and foodservice markets. The Company is still family run and has a great culture and history. We are also present in Europe, South Korea and USA.
We are at our 160,000 sq ft technologically advanced production facility to service the UK market in order to continue the strong growth of the company.
This is a great opportunity to join a category-leading brand and an exciting stage in the history of the business. Due to the fast expansion of the business, we are recruiting for professionals to join our team to fulfil and grow into their roles.
We are currently looking to add a person to our existing team based in Milton Keynes.
• Main Tasks:
Provide technical support to Sales manager pre-sales and post-sales
Understanding the market environment to provide relevant guidance to sales manager and customers
Analyse customer KPIs and alert if a deviation has been identified. Be proactive and propose corrective actions
Analyse customer’s need and suggest upgrade
Be the main point of contact for the company’s customers to address all product related queries and build relationship
Be the main point of contact to French production sites producing for the company’s UK customers
Support production sites to ensure customers’ Code of practices, standards and requirements are known, understood and applied
Coordinate projects across departments or French production sites when required
Write or update customer specifications to the correct level of standard along with artwork approval
Consumer complaint management and resolution
• Requirements and qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing environment
Food science degree or equivalent
Excellent communication, attitude and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organisation
Methodical worker that is able to work under own initiative and as part of a team
Experience into managing UK retail customers would be a plus
This job role involves interacting with French sites it would be an advantage for the candidate to have an intermediate level in French.
