Classic Hot Dog
1. Heat sausages over medium heat on the grill, turning on each side. Cook until fully heated throughand there is a even browning on all sides.
2. Once the sausages are fully heated, remove from heat and set aside, drying them off any fat if necessary.
3. Cut the Brioche rolls lengthways and place on the grill to brown them up slightly.
4. Create your hot dog using your favourite condiments such as Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, Relish or Salsa.
